Hello and welcome back to my blog! I have another Just Add Ink Design Team post for you today. This week's challenge is the Just Add Ink #JAI739 Choose Two Challenge . This week our choices are Colouring - Thinking of You - Embossing. I initially chose Thinking of You and Embossing but in the end selected all three choices.
I used the Beautiful Butterflies Dies & Hybrid Embossing Folder, Stripes & Florals Mix & Match Cards & Envelopes, Toadstool Gardens DSP, Spring Celebration Mix & Match Ephemera Pack (sentiment and images), Gilded Leafing Flakes and Stampin' Blends.
Instructions:
- Use a Stripes & Florals Mix & Match card for the card base. Layer with a piece of the Toadstool Gardens DSP. Layer with a Stripes & Florals Mix & Match Envelope used as a paper layer which is embossed with the Beautiful Butterflies Hybrid Embossing Folder.
- Fussy cut the bird and flowers from the Spring Celebration Mix & Match Ephemera Pack. Colour the images with Stampin' Blends ( Lemon Lolly, Calypso Coral, Pumpkin Pie, Pecan Pie, Cajun Craze, Petunia Pop, Pretty in Pink, Bubble Bath and Granny Apple Green). Adhere the image and the sentiment from the same pack onto the card.
- Die cut some butterflies using the Beautiful Butterflies Dies from the Stripes & Florals Mix & Match Envelope and colour with Stampin' Blends. Add some Gilded Leafing Flakes to the butterflies and adhere to the card to complete.
