Hello and welcome back to my blog! My card for today is for Stampin' Fancy Friday's Red or Pink Amour Challenge this month.
I love these two colours so I used the Marbled Elegance Speciality DSP which highlighted both of these colours so well. I also used the Hearts of Elegance Bundle, So Swirly Embossing Folder, Petal Pink Stampin' Blends and Gold Adhesive-Backed Heart Sequins.
Instructions:
- Use Melon Mambo for the card base and layer with Basic White card, Petal Pink card and then another piece of Basic White card embossed with the So Swirly Embossing Folder.
- Die cut hearts from the Marbled Elegance Speciality DSP using the Hearts of Elegance Dies. Arrange these hearts onto the card front alternating red and pink hearts. Additionally die cut a large heart from Basic White card, and colour parts of it using Petal Pink Stampin' Blends and then adhere to the card.
- Stamp a sentiment from the Hearts of Elegance stamp set onto Basic White with Tuxedo Black, attach to a strip of the Marbled Elegance Specially DSP and adhere to the large heart. Finally add some Gold Adhesive-Backed Heart Sequins to complete.
