You Make My Heart Buzz - Bee My Valentine - GDP451 Theme Challenge

Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today's card is for the Global Design Project's GDP451 Theme Challenge. This week the theme is "Winged Things" and I decided to use a fun favourite theme - Bees . Visit the Global Design Project Instagram & Facebook pages during the week to see the entries.

For my card, I used the Bee My Valentine Stamp set and the coordinating Bee Builder Punch.  I also used the 2024-2026 In Colour DSP and Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels (retired) to complete the card.

Instructions:

- Use Basic White for the card base and layer with a piece of Pretty in Pink card and then a piece of Pretty in Pink 2024-2026 In Colour DSP.

- Stamp bee and flower images from the Bee My Valentine stamp set onto Basic White card using Tuxedo Black and Peach Pie inks respectively. Use Pretty in Pink ink to stamp onto the same coloured card for the wings.

- Punch out all the pieces using the Bee Builder Punch and adhere to the card. Punch out some hearts using Poppy Parade card and adhere to the bees and as a decorative element.

- Stamp the sentiment onto Basic White with Tuxedo Black ink, then layer onto strips of Pretty In Pink card. Adhere all pieces to the card and add some Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels (retired) to complete.
