Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today's card is for Global Design Project's GDP437 Colour Challenge. This week our Colour Challenge is using Coastal Cabana, Highland Heather and Shaded Spruce.
For my card I used the Perennial Lavender Suite Collection. I used both the Painted Lavender & Perennial Postage Stamps, the Painted Lavender Dies, Paper Butterfly Accents and Purple Fine Shimmer Gems (all from the suite). I also used the Elegant Eucalyptus Embossing Folders to emboss the piece of layering card.
Instructions:
- Use Highland Heather for the card base and layer with Basic White card and then a piece of the Perennial Lavender DSP. Use an off cut piece of Basic White which has been embossed with the Elegant Eucalyptus Embossing Folder.
- Stamp the various pieces of lavender with both Highland Heather and Shaded Spruce ink using first and second generation stamping. Die cut these pieces using the Painted Lavender dies and also cut some leaves with dies using Coastal Cabana and Shaded Spruce card.
- Use three of the Paper Butterfly Accents and colour with Blending Brushes and both Highland Heather and Coastal Cabana ink.
- Stamp the sentiment from the Perennial Postage stamp set onto Basic White using Highland Heather ink and complete the card using some Purple Fine Shimmer Gems.
