Overjoyed For You - Everyday Details - GDP432 Case the Designer

Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today's card is for Global Design Project's GDP432 Case the Designer Challenge. This week we are CASEing a design from the wonderful Elodie Ventroux. I was inspired by the card front layout of Elodie's card.

For my card I used the Everyday Details Bundle, Delightfully Eclectic DSP, Cane Weave Embossing Folder and the Tinsel Gems Three Pack. I used Stampin' Blends to colour the main image. 

Instructions:

- Use Basic White card for the card base and then layer with a piece of Crushed Curry card embossed with the Cane Weave Embossing Folder. Layer with two pieces of the Delightfully Eclectic DSP, one of which has been die cut using the Everyday Details Dies.

- Stamp the image and sentiment from the Everyday Details stamp set onto Basic White card using Tuxedo Black ink. Colour the image with Stampin' Blends (Bubble Bath, Fresh Freesia, Calypso Coral, Old Olive, Pretty Peacock and Misty Moonlight.

- Trim down the sentiment from the Everyday Details set using Paper Snips and adhere. Use some Misty Moonlight Tinsel Gems Three Pack to complete the card.
