Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today's card is for Global Design Project's GDP417 Colour Challenge . This week we have a colour challenge using Pretty Peacock, Lost Lagoon and Petal Pink.
I used the Warmest Heart Bundle (stamp and dies), Foursquare Decorative Masks, Inks and Stampin' Blends in the challenge colours and Adhesive Backed Sequins Trio. I also used a Pretty Peacock marker to add some details to the flasks.
Instructions:
- Use Petal Pink for the card base and then layer with Pretty Peacock and Lost Lagoon. Layer a piece of Basic White card with Petal Pink ink applied with a Blending Brush through the a Foursquare Decorative Mask.
- Use another piece of Basic White and stamp the images from the Warmest Heart set using Pretty Peacock, Lost Lagoon and Petal Pink. Use the Stampin' Blends in the same colours to colour parts of the images and then use a both a Petal Pink Stampin' Blend and a Pretty Peacock Stampin' Write Marker to add dots and hearts to the images. Fussy cut or die cut the images.
- Stamp the sentiment from the Warmest Heart set with Pretty Peacock ink onto the Basic White piece that has had the Petal Pink ink applied with the Blending Brush and attach the image pieces. Finally add some Adhesive Backed Sequins Trio Berry Burst sequins to complete.
