Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today's I have a couple of cards I made using the Sweet Citrus Bundle which consists of the Sweet Citrus Stamp Set and the Sweet Citrus Hybrid Embossing Folder (a die and embossing folder combo). I used a colour combination for the Petal Pink card which I had seen being used by Cindy Schuster from The Crafty Carrot Co.
Card 1:
Instructions:
- Use a piece of Mango Melody A4 card, cut in half lengthwise and folded and layer with a piece of Basic White card which has been embossed with the Sweet Citrus Hybrid Embossing Folder. Splatter Mango Melody ink onto the embossed piece.
- Stamp the citrus images from Sweet Citrus stamp set onto Basic White using Calypso Coral and Mango Melody inks. Emboss and die cut out using the Sweet Citrus Hybrid Embossing folder and the various dies. Stamp the leaves using Soft Succulent ink and fussy/ die cut and adhere all the images to the card.
- Stamp the sentiment from the Sweet Citrus stamp set onto a strip of Basic White using Calypso Coral ink and back with a strip of the Dandy Designs DSP (retired SAB 2023 Paper). Add some Mango Melody Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the flowers (retired).
Card 2:
Instructions:
-- Use a piece of Petal Pink A4 card, cut in half lengthwise and folded and layer with a piece of Basic White card. Add another piece of Petal Pink which has had Calypso Coral ink applied with a Blending Brush to the centre of the Petal Pink card. and then had Calypso Coral ink splattered onto it.
- Stamp the citrus images from Sweet Citrus stamp set onto Petal Pink using Calypso Coral and Mango Melody. Emboss and die cut out using the Sweet Citrus Hybrid Embossing folder and the various dies. Colour some of the small flowers with Calypso Coral Stampin' Blends. Stamp the leaves using Soft Succulent ink and fussy/die cut and adhere all the images to the card.
- Stamp the sentiment from the Sweet Citrus stamp set onto a strip of Petal Pink card using Soft Succulent ink and back with a strip of Basic White. Add some Calypso Coral Iridescent Pastel Gems.
