Hi Sweet Friend - By My Side - CAS on Friday

Hello and welcome back to my blog! My card for today is for this week's CAS on Friday Challenge #252 theme which is "Friendship".

I used the very sweet By My Side stamp set, colouring the images with Stampin' Blends. I also used the Basic Borders Dies to create the ink blended background.

Instructions:

- Use a piece of Polished Pink card for the card base, and layer with a piece of Basic White card. 

- Die cut a piece of Basic White using the cloud like die from the Basic Border Dies. Use it as a stencil and apply Tahitian Tide ink to another piece of Basic White to create the clouds. 

- Use Stampin' Blends (Granny Apple Green & Gray Granite) to draw and colour in grass and ground. Stamp a sentiment from the 'By Sweet Friend' using Tuxedo Black ink onto the card front.

- Stamp the images from the By My Side stamp set onto Basic White and fussy cut the images. Colour with Stampin' Blends (Poppy Parade, Polished Pink, Bermuda Bay, Blackberry Bliss, Daffodil Delight, Pale Papaya, Lights Combo Pack, Ivory/Bronze, Soft Suede) and adhere.
