Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today's card is for Global Design Project's GDP377 Colour Challenge . This week we have a fun colour challenge using So Saffron, Balmy Blue and Granny Apple Green.
I used the brand new Petal Park Bundle which is perfect for all those floral lovers. I stamped the images in the challenge colours and coloured the images in with Stampin' Blends in the same colours. I also used a sentiment from the Sale-a-bration Beautifully Happy stamp set. I added in some Iridescent Pastel Gems to complete the card.
Instructions:
- Use a piece of Balmy Blue A4 card, cut in half lengthwise and folded. Layer with a piece of Basic White.
- Stamp leaves and small flowers from the Petal Park stamp set in Granny Apple Green and So Saffron inks onto a layer of Basic White and colour the images with the coordinating Stampin' Blends and adhere this layer of Basic White to the card.
- Stamp some of the floral images from the stamp set onto a scrap piece of Basic White using Balmy Blue and So Saffron inks, colour with the same coloured Stampin' Blends, use the Petal Park Builder Punch to punch out these images and adhere.
- Stamp a sentiment from the Beautifully Happy stamp set using Balmy Blue ink onto a strip of Basic White and mat with a piece of Balmy Blue card. Add some Iridescent Pastel Gems to the flower centres to complete.
