Hello and welcome back to my blog. You are visiting Ann Alexander from Australia. Today I have a card for the December 2022 "Ink and Inspiration Blog Hop".
This month's inspiration image (see below) is really colourful and full of possibilities. The full set of colours for this month's theme are Real Red, Old Olive, Pacific Point, Night of Navy, Bermuda Bay and Flirty Flamingo. My card today is a bit left of centre for its interpretation of this month inspiration image. I used all the colours from the challenge image except for Pacific Point (also using some neutrals to colour the owls). I also used the floral DSP which was inspired by the summery feel to the picture.
I used the Adorable Owls stamp (Sale-a-bration Jan/Feb 2023) set with Stampin' Blends to colour the images. I combined it with the Dainty Flowers DSP (Sale-a-bration), Rain or Shine Specialty DSP (brand new DSP available in January as part of the Jan-April Mini Catalogue) and some Trinkets Adhesive-Backed Flowers.
I hope the card you've seen here on my blog today has inspired you to create something today.
