You Are Amazing Beyond Measure - Season of Chic - Ink and Inspiration Blog Hop May 2022

Hello and welcome back to my blog. You are visiting Ann Alexander from Australia. Today I have a card for the "Ink and Inspiration Blog Hop".  

Now this month's inspiration image (see below) was a challenging one for me as there is no pink (everyone knows of my love for Polished Pink); and it also challenged me to use Cajun Craze which is something I rarely use. The full set of colours for this month's theme are Pacific Point, Evening Evergreen, Soft Succulent, Pear Pizzaz and Cajun Craze.

I was inspired by the earthy colour palette and the butterfly for my card and decided to use the Season of Chic Bundle (Season of Chic stamp set and Chic Dies), combined with the Texture Chic Specialty DSP and Distressed Gold DSP. 

Instructions:

- Use a piece of Evening Evergreen card and layer with a piece of Basic White and then a piece of the Texture Chic Specialty DSP. 

- Die cut a lattice piece using the Chic Dies from Basic White card and apply Cajun Craze Stampin' Blends to colour the piece and adhere. Stamp flowers using the Season of Chic stamp set with Cajun Craze ink on Basic White (second generation stamping) and fussy cut or die cut. Die cut leaves from the Distressed Gold Specialty Paper using the Chic Dies. 

- Stamp a sentiment from the Season of Chic set using Pear Pizzaz ink onto Basic White and adhere to the card then adhere all floral and leaf pieces to the card. Add some Brushed Brass Butterflies and Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels to complete.
