Hello again and welcome back to my blog! I have another Just Add Ink Design Team post for you today.

This week's challenge is the Just Add Ink #JAI604- Case of Yourself . I find CASEing both fun and hard at the same time, especially when trying to CASE myself. I have had a wonderful time on the Just Add Ink Design Team and one of my all time favourite cards is the one I created for my first challenge win at Just Add Ink JAI569. It was the "Just Add 'N'" challenge in late August 2021, which was just a couple of weeks before I joined the JAI Design Team. I used the Hand Penned Petals stamp set and various greys, pinks and sparkle for the card. You can see that card HERE.

For today's card I decided to use a whole host of products including the Cottage Flowers Dies from the Cottage Rose Bundle, Texture Chic Specialty DSP, Distressed Gold Specialty Paper and the Happiness Abounds stamp set for the sentiment. I also used the Timeworn Type Embossing Folder and some 2021-2023 In Colour Opal Rounds.

Here is my original card from JAI569

Instructions:

- Use a piece of Evening Evergreen A4 card cut lengthwise and folded in half. Layer with a piece of Basic White, and then another piece of Basic White embossed with the Timeworn Type Embossing Folder. Adhere a strip of the Texture Chic Specialty DSP and a strip of the Distressed Gold Specialty Paper from the Texture Chic Suite.

- Die cut pieces from Basic White and Mango Melody card using the Cottage Rose Dies. Colour the pieces with Stampin' Blends (Petal Pink and Soft Succulent) and adhere to the card.

- Stamp the sentiment from the Happiness Abounds stamp set onto Basic White using Evening Evergreen Ink and attach to a piece of the Texture Chic DSP and then adhere to the card. Add some 2021-2023 In Colour Opal Rounds.

Here is a closer look at all those gold accents on the Texture Chic Specialty DSP and also the Distressed Gold Specialty Paper.
