It's Birthday Time - Awesome Otters

Hello again! I'm just dropping by to show a quick card I made using the Awesome Otters stamp set which is one of the Sale-a-bration sets if you spend over AUD$90 in the Australian Stampin' Up!® store. I combined it with the Sunshine & Rainbows DSP (also a Sale-a-bration items for over AUD$90 spend), and the Macrame Embossing Folder. I coloured the Otters with Stampin' Blends.

Instructions:

- Use Crumb Cake A4 card cut in half lengthwise and folded for the card base. Add a layer  Basic White card which has been embossed with the Macrame Embossing Folder. Adhere a piece of Sunshine & Rainbows DSP (keep the small offcuts strips to use with the sentiment).

- Using Tuxedo Black ink, stamp the Otter onto Basic White card and the hats onto scraps of the Sunshine & Rainbows DSP. Colour the Otter with Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends and fussy cut all the stamped images. Use a  2" circle punch or die and cut a circle from Basic White (which has been embossed with the Checks and Dots Embossing Folder). Use a Blending Brush to apply some Mango Melody ink to the embossed circle. Adhere a strip of the Sunshine & Rainbows DSP to the card and then adhere the circle on top, followed by the Otter and his hat .

- Stamp a sentiment from the Awesome Otter set using Tuxedo Black ink onto Basic White card and layer onto the residual strips of Sunshine & Rainbows DSP
