You're one of those people - Beauty of Tomorrow - Ink and Inspiration Blog Hop August 2021

Hello and welcome back to my blog. You are visiting Ann Alexander from Australia. Today I have a card for the "Ink and Inspiration Blog Hop". Our theme this month is "Clean and Simple". I used one of the new stamps from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalogue, the "Beauty of Tomorrow" stamp set. I also used the Kraft Paper which is new in the August-September Sale-a-bration catalogue with the Bark Embossing Folder, Gold Shimmer Ribbon and Matte Black Dots. 

As always it is so hard to capture sparkle on photo of a card, so I created a boomerang video just to highlight it.

Instructions:

- Use a piece of Basic Black card A4/Letter cut in half lengthwise and folded. Use a piece of the Basic White card and emboss with the Bark Embossing Folder and then adhere to the card base using Stampin' Dimensionals.

- Use a piece of Kraft Paper and heat emboss one of the images from the Beauty of Tomorrow stamp set using Versamark and White Stampin' Emboss Powder. Splatter the Kraft Paper with Clear Wink of Stella and attach this layer to the Basic White layer card using Liquid Glue. 

- Use a piece of Basic Black card and stamp a sentiment from the Beauty of Tomorrow set with Versamark and heat emboss with White Stampin' Emboss Powder. 

- Cut a length of 3/8" Gold Shimmer Ribbon slightly longer than the sentiment and fray the edges. Attach the ribbon and sentiment to the card using Glue Dots. Add some some Matte Black Dots to the card.

Measurements:

- Basic Black Card base A4/Letter cut in half lengthwise and folded

- Basic White card: A4 5 3/4" x 4"/ 14.6 x 10.2 cm or Letter 4 1/8" x 5 3/8"

- Kraft Paper: A4 5 1/2" x 3 3/4"/ 14.2 x 9.8 cm or Letter 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
