Hello and welcome back to my blog. As I mentioned in my last blog post, I love the Turtle Friends Bundle, so of course I had to make another card using this sweet bundle (see HERE for the other card I made).
For this card, I used the Turtle Friends Bundle (stamp and punch), the 2021-2023 6" x 6" In Colour Designer Series Papers and some simple blending.
Instructions:
- Use a piece of Basic White card A4 cut in half lengthwise and folded. Use a piece of 2021-2023 6" x 6" In Colour Designer Series Paper (Soft Succulent colour) and attach it to the card base using Liquid Glue.
- Use a smaller piece of Basic White card, and stamp the grass and hearts from the Turtle Friends stamp set onto it using Soft Succulent and Polished Pink ink. Use Blending Brushes and blend Daffodil Delight and Soft Succulent onto the grass and 'sky' regions.
- Stamp a turtle using Tuxedo Black ink onto another piece of Basic White card. Stamp again on to a piece of the Evening Evergreen 2021-2023 6" x 6" In Colour Designer Series Paper. Use the Turtle Punch to punch out both the turtles and fussy cut the shell from the turtle on the DSP. Colour the other turtle with Stampin' Blends. Use the Stylus end from the Take Your Pick tool to add some dimension to the shell to given a more 3D look. Attach the shell to the coloured turtle using Stampin' Dimensionals and then adhere to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
- Stamp the sentiment from Turtle Friends onto Basic White card using Tuxedo Black ink. Mat the sentiment onto a strip of the Soft Succulent 2021-2023 6" x 6" In Colour Designer Series Paper
- Add some 2021-2023 In Colour Jewels to the card.
