Thanks - Hand-Penned Petals - Demonstrator Training Program Blog Hop May 2021

My card for today is for Kylie Bertucci's Demonstrator Training Program Blog Hop May 2021. I am so happy that you could join my fellow demonstrators and I today for this blog hop, which I hope will provide you with many ideas and creative inspiration. The theme is "Thank You".

We are a group of Stampin' Up!® Demonstrators from around the world that are taking part in training that is helping us to build a successful Stampin' Up!® business and reach some goals we have set. We really appreciate your support!

You may be starting here or may have come from another blog - either way you can find the link list at the bottom of this post so that you can see every blog post and idea today.

I wanted to show some of the new products from the new 2021-2022 Annual Catalogue and some of the new 2021-2023 In Colours. I used the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set, the coordinating Penned Flower Dies, and used the new Pale Papaya card stock as well as the new In Colour Stampin' Blends.

Instructions:

Use a piece of Very Vanilla for the card base. Use a smaller piece of Pale Papaya card and adhere to the Vanilla base with Liquid Glue.

Use a piece of Very Vanilla and stamp a floral image multiple times from the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set using Pale Papaya ink to create a patterned paper appearance. Mat this piece of stamped Very Vanilla onto a piece of Smoky Slate card using Liquid Glue. Attach the two pieces to the card base using Stampin' Dimensionals.

Stamp an additional floral image from the Hand-Penned Petals stamp onto another piece of Very Vanilla card using Smoky Slate ink. Die cut the flower using the Penned Flowers Dies. Colour the die cut image using Stampin' Blends - Pale Papaya & Polished Pink for the flowers and Soft Succulent & Evening Evergreen for the leaves. Tie a piece of Pale Papaya Open Weave Ribbon around the die cut flower stem and then attach the flower to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.

Stamp the sentiment from the Hand-Penned Petals stamp onto a strip of Very Vanilla and mat with a piece of Smoky Slate (using Liquid Glue). Attach the sentiment onto the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.

Add some Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels and Genial Gems to the card.

Measurements:

- Very Vanilla card base A4/Letter cut in half lengthwise and folded.

- Pale Papaya: A4 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"/ 14.4 cm x 10 cm or Letter 4" x 5 1/4"

- Smoky Slate: A4 4 1/2" x 2 3/4"/ 11.4 cm x 7 cm or Letter 3" x 4"

- Very Vanilla (stamped piece): A4 4 3/8" x 2 5/8"/ 11.1 cm x 6.7 cm or Letter 2 7/8" x 3 7/8"

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
