Hello and welcome to my blog today.
I am excited to be participating in Kylie Bertucci’s Monthly International Blog Highlights with Stampin’ Up!® demonstrators from around the world!
The theme this and every month is 'Thank You'. Below there is a button where you can visit the gallery and vote for your five favourite cards (I am hoping mine will be one of your favourites 😊!).
I used the Flowers of Friendship Stamp set and combined it with the Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper and some of the new In Colour Ribbon and Twine. These beautiful new products are releasing today with the brand new 2021-2022 Annual Catalogue.
Instructions:
Use a piece of Pale Papaya card stock for the card base . Use a piece of Soft Succulent and emboss with the Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder and then attach it to the card base using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Use a piece of Hand-Penned 12" x 12 " DSP, splatter some Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent ink onto the DSP and then adhere to the Soft Succulent card using Liquid Glue. Adhere a square vellum doily to the DSP using small amounts of Liquid Glue.
Stamp the flower from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set onto Basic White card. Colour the image with Pale Papaya Stampin' Blends and the leaves with Soft Succulent Blends. Fussy cut the image out. Wrap some Bakers Twine and Pale Papaya Open Weave ribbon around the stem of the flower in a bow, then adhere the stamped flower onto the vellum doily using Stampin' Dimensionals and Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.
Stamp the sentiment from the Art Gallery stamp set onto a small strip of Basic White using Tuxedo Black ink, then adhere this onto the card using Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.
Add some Genial Gems to the card on the DSP Layer
Measurements:
- Pale Papaya card base A4/Letter cut in half lengthwise and folded
- Soft Succulent layer: A4 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"/ 14.4 x 10 cm or Letter 4" x 5 1/4"
- Hand-Penned DSP layer: A4 5 1/8" x 3 3/8"/ 13.4 x 9 cm or Letter 3 1/2" x 4 3/4"
