Just Because - Brushed Blooms Bundle - #TGIFC316

Hello again! Today's card is for the TGIF Challenge Blog - #TGIFC316 - Sketch Challenge.

This card uses the Brushed Blooms Bundle which is retiring at the end of next month, and I thought that one of the Beautiful Brushstrokes Dies was perfect to help create the lines from the sketch. The main colours I used were Smoky Slate, Polished Pink and Soft Succulent. 

I had a happy accident when I was creating the card as I used a die cut I had created for this card as my template for applying the Smoky Slate ink for this card... but as you can see, there are tinges of pink and green from my previous card. I actually like the effect it created but it certainly was an accident! 

Instructions:

- Stamp the Brushed Blooms onto Basic White card using Polished Pink ink. Use a Blender Pen to add a light layer of ink onto parts of the flowers. 

- Die cut some leaves from the Soft Succulent In Colour Shimmer Vellum using another of the Beautiful Brushstrokes Dies. Attach the leaves and flowers to the card using Liquid Glue and Stampin' Dimensionals.

- Stamp the sentiment from the Brushed Blooms stamp set using Smoky Slate ink onto Basic White card. Mat this piece with Smoky Slate card and attach to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals. 

- Add some Rhinestone Basic Jewels coloured with Smoky Slate blends to the card.
