Hello and welcome back to my blog.Today's cards use the 'A Touch of Ink' stamp set (a Sale-a-bration set). I made these cards a while back but with less than a week before Sale-a-bration finishes, I wanted to showcase this amazing set that you can get for FREE if you spend over $180 in the Australian Stampin' Up!® store.
Click HERE if you would like to be taken directly to my storefront. Don't forget you only have till February 28th to shop and receive Sale-a-bration products for FREE for a $90 or $180 minimum spend ($180 for A Touch of Ink) .
This first card is simple but uses multiple techniques such as ink blending with the new Blending Brushes, some water splattering onto the blended background to achieve the speckled effect on the card as well as colouring of the images with the Stampin' Blends and a bit of fussy cutting.
This next card uses the solid wing butterfly image from the stamp set to create flowers on my card. I used the Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker to hand draw the stems of the flowers. I used a brush and splattered Cherry Cobbler ink to achieve some background effects.
