Welcome Sweet Pea - Sweet Peas - GDP495 Theme Challenge

Welcome Sweet Pea - Sweet Peas - GDP495 Theme Challenge

Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today's card is for the Global Design Project's GDP495 Theme Challenge. The theme this week is "Baby". Visit the Global Design Project Instagram & Facebook pages during the week to see the rest of the team's entries.

I actually don’t have many baby sets so it was a bit of a challenge to create this week's card. I used the Sweet Peas stamp set, Floral Delight DSP, 2 3/8" Circle Punch, Stampin' Blends and Rainbow Adhesive Backed Dots.

Instructions:

- Use Lemon Lolly for the card base, layer with a piece of Basic White card and then a piece of Floral Delight DSP.

- Use a 2 3/8" Circle Punch to cut out a circle from Basic White card. Use a small Blending Brush and apply Lemon Lolly ink to the circle.

- Stamp images and a sentiment from the Sweet Peas set onto Basic White and Lemon Lolly card respectively with Tuxedo Black ink. Fussy cut the images and colour with Stampin' Blends (Soft Seafoam, Lemon Lolly, Lemon Lime Twist, Granny Apple Green and Old Olive)

- Adhere the punched circle, images and sentiment from the Sweet Peas stamp set onto the card front. Finally add some Rainbow Adhesive Backed Dots to the card front to complete.
